The young lady on the bed is a still from ‘Haunted’, Director JP Conway, for which I did all the art.

The underground tunnel is a still taken from my short film ‘Eccles’ (stills only) and is part of my film experimentation into ‘slow docs’.

The final work is a copy of a block print by Nishijima Katsuyuki ‘Sunset Glow’.

I was the Buyer for CBeebies ‘Class Dismissed, season 6 last summer’. This is a still showing the canteen kitchen where we used dry ice and a lot of vegetable dye to transform this school canteen. Loved this job! 2 weeks prep, 4 week shoot in Manchester, mad and fast and a brilliant adventure! ‘The acting will make the film, but the set design, the art direction, makes the actors. Literally the second most important thing in the film.’ (Ybarra, 2012: 0.35) 

This is a copy of a self-portrait by Hans Holbein the Younger (1497-1543). When I take photographs, it’s all about the landscape and buildings but, with my drawing, I like people.
